Hi, I’m Kelly Delp—a communications executive with a global leadership background and a passion for helping leaders communicate with clarity and confidence.

I lead executive communications, press strategy, investor relations, and marketing at a fast-moving organization, partnering with our CEO to shape how we tell our story inside and out. My work sits at the intersection of messaging, leadership, and strategy, and I love building systems that help organizations scale with purpose.

Before stepping into corporate leadership, I spent over a decade in Paris, France, launching and eventually leading an international church as senior pastor. That experience—building from the ground up, leading across cultures, and communicating in high-stakes environments—continues to shape how I lead today.

I live in Kelowna, British Columbia with my husband and our kids. My path hasn’t been conventional, but every chapter—pastor, writer, mom, executive—has added depth to my perspective and strength to my voice.
